This is the latest and quickly growing potential problem. It is such a great resource but social networking, game, shopping, auctions and gambling sites are addictive as they can create such a buzz. We are encouraged to get involved. They feel enabling. They are so attractive and stimulating. There is no constraint, so we are sucked in and can become hooked, ending up feeling worse. Then it can be too late. But don’t be lazy. You can do something about it.
